Terms & Conditions


1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is to govern the procedure of submission of the Applications to SIA Adaptive Media (“Adaptive Media”).

1.2. By submitting your Application to a vacancy posted by Adaptive Media you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy.

1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy fully, do not proceed with submitting your Application to Adaptive Media.



2.1. Application – application submitted by the Candidate to apply for a job vacancy at Adaptive Media. Application includes all submitted documents and information (including, but not limited to CV). Please check the full list at Privacy policy.

2.2. Candidate (also “you”) – a natural person, who directly applies for a job vacancy at Adaptive Media.

2.3. Adaptive Media (also “we”) – SIA “Adaptive Media”, registration Nr. 44103107610, address: Cesu street 19, Valmiera, LV-4201, Latvia.

2.4. Privacy Policy – Adaptive Media Recruitment privacy notice. Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.



3.1. If you are submitting the Application to a certain vacancy, you must first carefully read the job description and its requirements. 

3.2. If you wish to submit your candidature for the job vacancy, you must fill in the requested information, upload your CV and, if applicable, Cover letter, confirm to have read these Terms and Conditions, and check one of the boxes of either allowing us to keep your Application also for other vacancies at Adaptive Media in the future (by ticking the box “agree for your Personal data to be used for all suitable positions” or erase your Application (by ticking the box “agree for your Personal data to be used for this position only”). Please check the Privacy Policy for additional information.

3.2. We may ask you to submit additional information in order to assess your suitability for the job vacancy. Additional information we may or may not ask you is described in the Privacy Policy.

3.3. By sending us your Application, you verify that all the information in your Application is true, correct and complete. You understand that false or misleading information in your Application may result in a rejection for continuance of the hiring process with you or, if hired, termination from employment, whenever discovered.



4.1. After receiving the Application, we will examine its suitability for the specific job you have applied to. 

4.2. If we consider your Application suitable for the job, we will contact you to agree on the further steps in recruitment. If we do not consider your Application suitable for the job, we will send you a refusal letter to your email address within the period mentioned in the first email you receive from us.
